For the fifth year in a row, the Mendocino Business Association (MBA) is sponsoring a celebration of the rich history of the Village of Mendocino, one of only two National Historic Preservation Districts in the state of California. Many of the significant institutions in the area are co-sponsors for the event, including the Kelley House Museum, the Ford House Visitor Center, the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, and the Point Cabrillo Light Station.

Over a span of 10 days, there will be a variety of events highlighting different aspects of Mendocino's history, including:

• 100 Years of Movies Filmed On the Mendocino Coast
• Full Moon Cemetery Tours
• Living History Reenactments
• Tours of the Pt Cabrillo Lighthouse and its Fresnel Lens
• Walking Tours of Historic District and Heritage Roses
• Demonstration of Antique (1879) Hand-Pumped Fire Engine
• Talks about the Pomo Indians
• Lectures about topics of Historical Interest
